Carrie Blasco is an established hairstylist and co-owner of Concrete Treehouse Salon in Portland , Oregon. Although she is well versed in many skills, she specializes in color and extensions that are tailored to each client. She prides herself in attention to detail and while making everyone that sits in her chair feel welcomed, comfortable, and beautiful.

Cancellation Policy

48 hour cancellation policy, after that client is required to pay 50% of services booked. Day of cancellations and no shows are required to pay 100 % of services booked. No shows must pay if they want future appointments with me!
